For shared basket bookings, if you have not purchased trip insurance - we need 72 hours written notice at a minimum prior to meeting time to cancel reservations. We need to have ample time to be able to fill the space. If you have purchased the trip insurance you will be allowed to cancel up to 5 hours of your scheduled meeting time "no questions asked" with no refund. however, can reschedule your flight within one year at no additional fee. If we have to cancel for any reason you will have the choice to either reschedule or be issued a full refund, minus the trip insurance. For group bookings 6-14 passengers, 14 day WRITTEN NOTICE PRIOR TO FLIGHT MEETING TIME is required. Anything over 14 passengers we need at least 20 days WRITTEN NOTICE PRIOR TO FLIGHT MEETING TIME is required.
